Can I use the same product key on a different PC?

Dataplex is licensed on a perpetual, single-user basis. For Dataplex version 1.3.0.0 and earlier, a product key was required to install the software on a machine, and had to be reset in order to move the installation to a new machine.

As of Dataplex version 1.3.0.1, a product key is no longer needed to activate your Dataplex software. You still need to have a Dataplex-enabled SSD product, but the product key is no longer needed.

If you are using an earlier version of Dataplex, it is strongly recommended that you uninstall your current version, download Dataplex v1.3.0.1, and install the new version.
