Windows says my drive has no OS


If your system does not boot and Windows complains about your drive being RAW or not having anything on it, please perform the following steps:

  1. Reboot your system. When The Dataplex BIOS comes up, press D for disable.

  2. After your data syncs back, boot to Windows.

  3. If the the above option fails, (please try several times) perform the following steps:

    1. Power off your system

    2. Disconnect your SSD

    3. Power on your system

    4. Dataplex should warn you that you have no SSD and offer to disable Dataplex

      Note: This option is not without consequence. Any dirty data on your cache drive (data that has not yet been sync'd back to your HDD) will be lost.
